WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Express Delivery - within 24 hours:

Delivery within 24 hours for orders placed before 11 am, excluding Fridays, in the below cities:

GIZA, NEW CAIRO CITY, OLD CAIRO

Express Delivery- Next Day:

Next Day Delivery for orders placed after 11 am, excluding Fridays, in the below cities:

GIZA, NEW CAIRO CITY, OLD CAIRO

Delivery within 24 hours and Next day Delivery will only be applicable on baskets that meet the express delivery option within customer's city and area.

Standard Delivery:

Delivery within 3 to 5 working days to Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Port Said, Ismaila, Suez, Al Obour City, 10th of Ramadan City, Badr City, Al Shorouk City, Al Sadat City, Shoubra El Khema, Qaliyobiya, Minoufiya, Sharqiya, Gharbiya, Daqahliya, Behaira, Damietta & Kafr el Sheikh.

Expect minimum 5 working days to deliver to other areas.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Orders that include customized items (if applicable) may take longer. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

For all COD orders: Cash on delivery orders will be charged a fee of 20 EGP

Express Delivery:

For all orders of 2000 EGP and above: Delivery will be free of charge

For all other orders below 2000 EGP: Delivery fee will be 80 EGP

Standard Delivery:

For all orders of 1500 EGP and above: Delivery will be free of charge

For all other orders below 1500 EGP: Delivery fee will be 50 EGP

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can ship to a different address. When you are in the checkout process you will be invited to enter and select the billing and shipping address
