Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At ELBEAUTE, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.
Any visible defect, damaged item, missing product, or incorrect order must be reported to ELBEAUTE Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, inserts, and labels.

All ELBEAUTE tags and labels must remain attached and intact.

The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

A valid identification document may be requested for verification purposes.
ELBEAUTE reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Products purchased during promotions, clearance sales, special offers, or discount campaigns.

Products that have been opened, used, tested, or altered after delivery.

Products returned without their original packaging, tags, labels, or invoice.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, certain beauty, skincare, makeup, fragrance, and personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened.
Refund Policy
Refunds apply only to the value of the returned products. Shipping fees, Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, and any additional service charges are non-refundable.
Credit / Debit Card Payments
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by ELBEAUTE, the refund will be processed to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank's or payment provider's processing times.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers may choose one of the following refund options:
Online Voucher
An online voucher equal to the approved returned product value will be sent via email within 2 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
The voucher may be used for future purchases on the ELBEAUTE website.
Store Credit
A store credit note may be issued after the returned item has been received and approved and can be redeemed on future purchases, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Installment & Deferred Payment Providers
For orders paid through installment plans or deferred payment providers, refunds will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider once ELBEAUTE receives, approves, and processes the returned item.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Please note:

Cash refunds cannot be issued for gifted items.

A voucher equal to the value of the returned gift item may be issued for future purchases.

Gift items may be exchanged in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy.
Right to Refuse Returns
ELBEAUTE offers a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we reserve the right to monitor return activity and may refuse returns, exchanges, or future orders in cases of excessive, repeated, or abusive return behavior.
