Description
Prep, flex, and elevate your lashes with our All-In-One Primer & Tubing Volume Mascara! This double-ended must-have pairs a conditioning white primer that nourishes and preps lashes for a smoother, fuller look with a black tubing mascara that wraps each lash in weightless length and buildable volume. Wear each side solo for a soft, polished finish or layer both to turn things all the way up! When it's time to remove, the tubing formula slides off effortlessly with warm water.
